Kelly Services’ has partnered with a company in Mining Industry to recruit for a 12 month Contract role of a Document Controller
Responsibilities:
Document registration, metadata control, and MDR maintenance.
Workflow processing and review cycle monitoring via META.
Vendor documentation tracking per VDSS.
RFI registration, routing, and closure tracking.
Expediting support through overdue reporting.
Document Review facilitation.
Data archiving and project close‑out document preparation.
Key Deliverables:
Weekly document status reports/updates
Monthly overdue document reports
RFI log updates
Vendor documentation tracking reports
Final archival & turnover package
Document Controller will report directly to:
• CGI Corporate Document Controller
• Indirect coordination with Project Engineers, Procurement, and Engineering Consultants
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant DC experience within Mining or EPC Industries
