We are Hiring For Director– Strategic Enterprise Accounts Position

Experience: 15+ years
Location – Vaughan (Hybrid- 3 days onsite)

JD:-

▪️15+ years in IT professional services or digital engineering firms; 5+ years in senior account or client partner roles managing large enterprise portfolios.
▪️Proven success managing $10M+ accounts with distributed delivery models (U.S./Canada + India).
▪️Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI/ML, data & analytics, and cloud-native software development (AWS, Azure, GCP).
▪️Must have a background in technology services/software engineering, not in infrastructure, licensing, or product resale.
▪️Exceptional program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously.
▪️Hands-on leader with attention to detail, ability to dive into the trenches, manage resourcing and hiring risks, and drive outcomes proactively.
▪️Skilled at working with senior executives, influencing strategic agendas, and driving client success through operational excellence.
▪️Entrepreneurial mindset, growth-driven attitude, and strong business acumen.
