Are you a Broadridge IMPACT expert from a Fixed Income post-trade environment ready to lead large-scale modernization initiatives? We’re looking for a hands-on leader who deeply understands settlements, clearing, and post-trade processing in Capital Markets.
What You’ll Do
Own and lead technology supporting Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing
Act as SME and platform owner for Broadridge IMPACT
Drive upgrades, enhancements, and vendor management for the IMPACT platform
Lead high-impact technology programs ($2M–$15M) across global teams
Partner with operations and trading teams to improve trade capture → confirmation → clearing → settlement
Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 engineers, architects, and analysts
What We’re Looking For
✔ Deep hands-on expertise with Broadridge IMPACT
✔ Experience owning or administering post-trade / settlements platforms
✔ Strong understanding of Fixed Income lifecycle (trade capture, clearing, settlement, reconciliations, fails management)
✔ Background in Capital Markets technology within large financial institutions
✔ Experience with enterprise integration technologies (Java, Kafka, NiFi, or similar)
✔ Leadership experience managing technical teams and vendor platforms
Bonus Experience
CTB (Clearance, Trading & Billing)
Depositories such as DTCC, CDS, Euroclear
Fixed Income post-trade exception handling and reconciliations
💡 Ideal background: Senior Manager / Director level professionals from large financial institutions with ownership of Broadridge IMPACT in Fixed Income post-trade environments.
