We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our clients’ sales team into its next phase of growth. This hands-on strategic leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and driving revenue across the organization. What you should expect:

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement scalable sales strategies aligned with company goals
Identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives
Monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to ensure consistent revenue growth
Team Leadership
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
Set clear performance expectations and foster a culture of accountability
Provide ongoing coaching and professional development
Revenue Management
Collaborate with finance, marketing and operations to align revenue targets and budgeting
Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align efforts
Provide feedback from the field to inform the business and positioning
Represent the sales function in executive leadership meetings

 

What you should bring:

Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership
University Degree mandatory
Demonstrated success in scaling sales teams and exceeding revenue targets
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
