Director of Fixed Income Technology – Toronto (Hybrid)
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 CAD + 20% bonus + 4 weeks vacation
Location: Downtown Toronto (3–4 days onsite)
Type: Full-Time
We’re looking for a hands-on technology leader to drive innovation and modernization across Fixed Income post-trade and settlements operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead a talented team, manage complex systems, and shape enterprise-wide solutions in a fast-paced, capital markets environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead all technology supporting Fixed Income settlements & clearing globally.
Oversee multi-million-dollar projects and vendor relationships.
Implement Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of developers, architects, and BSA’s.
Drive operational excellence and risk-aware modernization initiatives.
Who You Are:
Deep knowledge of Fixed Income post-trade operations, settlements, lifecycle events.
Hands-on or leadership experience with Broadridge IMPACT, Java, Kafka, or NiFi.
Strong understanding of regulatory and operational risk requirements.
Proven ability to influence business and technology stakeholders.
Motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
