Ready to own and modernize global Fixed Income technology at scale? We’re looking for a driven technology leader to take charge of post-trade, settlements, and clearing platforms across Canada, the U.S., UK, and Asia.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s grown from a development or BSA background and now leads high-performing teams delivering complex capital markets systems.
What You’ll Do
Lead and grow a 10–15 person technology team across developers, architects, and analysts
Own global Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing platforms (including large vendor ecosystems)
Drive modernization across legacy and next-gen platforms
Oversee multi-million-dollar programs and global production environments
Partner with senior business and technology leaders to shape strategy
Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Deep experience in Fixed Income / Capital Markets Technology
Strong exposure to post-trade, settlements, or clearing systems
Experience with Broadridge (IMPACT highly preferred)
Background in Java, Kafka, NiFi, or similar integration technologies
Proven leader who’s hungry to build, modernize, and scale
