GRC Concierge is a growing cybersecurity and compliance professional services firm supporting technology companies through frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001. We operate as an extension of our clients’ teams and are scaling quickly.

We’re hiring a Director, Finance & Operations to own the day-to-day financial and operational engine of the business. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who builds structure, improves processes, and keeps the company running cleanly and predictably as we grow.

What You’ll Own

Full ownership of finance operations: AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, close, reporting, audit and controls
Monthly and quarterly financial reporting with clear visibility into margins, utilization, and profitability
Cash flow management, billing accuracy, collections, and revenue forecasting
Financial review of contracts and SOWs to ensure clean delivery and billing alignment
Oversight and optimization of core systems including finance tools, time tracking, resource planning, and CRM integrations
Operational processes for onboarding, project tracking, and internal reporting
External relationships with accountants, payroll providers, and auditors
How You’ll Work

Partner closely with the CEO, Sales, and Service Delivery to keep operations aligned with how work is actually delivered
Turn financial data into clear, practical insights for leadership
Establish repeatable processes that support growth without adding unnecessary complexity
Support leadership cadence through reliable reporting and KPIs
Manage or mentor finance and operations staff as the team grows
What We’re Looking For

8–12+ years in finance or accounting roles
Experience in professional services, consulting, MSP/MSSP, or SaaS-adjacent environments
Strong understanding of services billing, utilization, and margins
Highly organized, systems-minded, and process-driven
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
Calm, reliable operator leadership can count on
