About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on technology leader to join our API & Integration team. This is a Director-level opportunity to lead two key areas: the Integration Platform and Shared Service Delivery teams.
You’ll drive the evolution of our enterprise integration capabilities (Kafka, Apigee, cloud-native services), champion delivery excellence, and help shape our modernization roadmap.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead two high-performing teams (Platform & Shared Services)
✅ Own delivery roadmaps, platform scalability, and SLA adherence
✅ Drive integration architecture using Apigee, Kafka, GCP, Anthos, AWS
✅ Oversee GenAI integrations and reusable APIs/events
✅ Manage team financials, licensing, vendors, and operational support
✅ Influence platform governance, automation, and innovation adoption
✅ Foster a collaborative, outcome-driven culture across teams
What You Bring:
✔ 10+ years in integration/platform/software engineering roles
✔ 4+ years of people leadership, with strong performance coaching
✔ Deep experience in modern integration tools & cloud platforms
✔ Strong understanding of release management and agile delivery
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience with financial/regulated environments is a plus
✔ Bonus: Exposure to GenAI and data streaming integration
