Director & Head, Portfolio Management (Operation Technology)

I’m #hiring for a Director & Head, Portfolio Management (Operation Technology) for a TOP5 Bank in Canada!
(*Full-time, Permanent, 3 days per week to Toronto, ON)

Looking for:
· 12+ years leading large-scale business and technology programs within banking or financial services.
· 10+ years establishing and leading portfolio governance, PMO practices, or enterprise delivery frameworks.
· 7+ years managing and developing high-performing teams.
· Proven experience managing programs with budgets exceeding $20M within operations or corporate functions domains.
· Direct experience delivering Operations Technology initiatives such as:
· Collections technology
· Loan servicing platforms
· Case management systems
· Payment operations systems
· Workflow automation or RPA initiatives
· Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance, and regulatory controls within financial institutions.
· Experience modernizing legacy operations platforms to cloud-enabled or digitally integrated environments.
· Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and resource planning.
