Director – Fixed Income Technology (Toronto, ON)
Salary: $180,000–$200,000 CAD + 20% bonus + 4 weeks vacation
Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid: 3–4 days in office)
Are you a Broadridge IMPACT expert ready to lead Fixed Income technology at a global scale? We’re looking for a Director/Senior Manager who has hands-on experience owning, administering, and enhancing IMPACT in a post-trade / settlements environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead modernization of Fixed Income Settlements & Clearing systems globally.
Oversee 24/7 production support, ensuring performance, stability, and resiliency.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 10–15 technologists.
Drive Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices across multiple initiatives.
Partner with global operations and technology teams to align strategy and execution.
Own vendor relationships and post-trade technology enhancements, including upgrades, exception handling, and reconciliations.
Who You Are:
Hands-on Broadridge IMPACT platform owner/SME
Experienced in Fixed Income Post-Trade / Settlements / CTB (Clearance, Trading & Billing)
Skilled in trade capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, fails management, and reconciliations
Familiar with enterprise integration tools (Java, Kafka, NiFi) is a plus
Motivated to drive modernization and global visibility within Capital Markets technology
