Immediate Hire: Director, Facilities (Building Operations) – Toronto (Yonge/Bloor) 🚨
We’re partnering with a leading commercial office building owner looking for a strategic, hands-on Director, Facilities to lead their building operations and capital projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and inspire the Facilities team to deliver operational excellence across maintenance, security, landscaping, and fire safety.
Oversee day-to-day building operations and execute preventative maintenance programs.
Manage capital projects from planning through construction — on time and on budget.
Develop budgets, strategies, and policies aligned with business goals.
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring:
5+ years leadership experience in Facilities Management, managing complex building systems (HVAC, security, accessibility).
Strong budgeting, project management, and team leadership skills.
Relevant degree (Engineering, Facilities Mgmt, Architecture) + FMA or FMP certification preferred.
Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Location: On-site in downtown Toronto (Yonge/Bloor)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
