Position: Digital Product Manager (Business Banking) Client: Enterprise Canadian Bank Type: 6 month contract + extensions to 2 years Hybrid: Toronto – 2- 3 days a week downtown Toronto Rate: 70-72/hr on T4 or 75-80/hr incorporated Required Skills & Experience • 3+ years of experience in product ownership – preferability Digital Products • Experience within financial institutions/banks • Previous Business Analyst (BA) experience • Proven track record of delivering value with small, cross‑functional teams • Experience leading an agile team & strong understanding of agile methodologies • Ability to write clear, structured user stories in an agile environment • Confluence and JIRA • Understanding of technical requirements for digital products • Ability to translate technical language into clear business language (and vice versa) • Understanding of systems architecture • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership of product outcomes – Strong stakeholder management skills – Business banking experience preferred
