Across all digital channels and platforms (website, loyalty, email, search, and marketplace), Giant Tiger’s digital designs are original, on-brand, compliant with regulations, and accessible—supporting customers along their journey and driving conversions, engagement, revenue, and growth.

 

Workplace Arrangements:

This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home 5 days a week.

What You’ll be Doing:

Produce and execute creative designs for the Giant Tiger loyalty program, personalized triggers, and e-commerce channel emails.Participate in digital content planning and create graphic design concepts and wireframes, presenting them to cross-functional teams, the product team, and leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Giant Tiger’s product strategy and roadmap, including new digital designs, features, and animations—while raising overall creative standards.Identify and implement digital graphic design process improvements, ensuring processes meet business needs, support customers along their journey, and ultimately drive operational efficiency while reducing costs.Execute and maintain the Digital Graphic Design Content Style Guide and manage the database of graphic creative assets.

What You’ll Bring:

Degree in Graphic Design or a related field5+ years of web and graphic design experience; in-house or agency2+ years’ experience in eCommerceStrong understanding of digital design processes and methodologies including current best practices, creative UX/UI standards, A/B testing, and performance/conversion driversProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with FigmaStrong portfolio illustrating ability to deliver on brand digital contentSkilled at simultaneously working on multiple design projects with various deadlinesConfident in making quick graphic decisions that are on brand and aligned to the overall strategies of the businessKnowledge of retail and eCommerce industryCustomer focused with a mobile first mentalityCustomer focused with a mobile first mentality
