Work Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite
Position Type: Contract, 6 Months (High potential for extension)
Location: Toronto, ON
Compensation Range: $38/hr. (T4) to $49/hr. (Inc) (Subject to experience/qualifications and employment conditions)

Our leading financial client is seeking a Content Editor.

We are looking for a UX Content Writer with a very strong background in writing marketing offer landing pages, ads and email campaigns; experience in article writing, blogging, and social media skills alone will not suffice.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Follows the client’s brand guidelines and our editorial style guide to bring a consistent, clear tone of voice to our mass offers across our digital platforms.
Creates digital content and prepares detailed copy decks for mass marketing special offer splash pages and ads on:
Homepage and product pages
OLB spaces
Headless ad spaces in OLB
Mobile app
Mobi web
Digital application pages
Prepares technically accurate and detailed copy decks for:
Net new splash pages
A/B test ads and splash pages
Target personalization and optimization experiences
Braze in-app messages
Braze personalized direct offers (Simplii pods)
Email campaigns
Google paid search ads
Mobile “Spotlight Stories”
Mobile carousel
Targeted Online Offer (TOO)
Mobile Targeted Offer (MTO)
ABM

Must-Have:
3-5+ years’ experience writing UX website and email content (not blogs, articles or social media)
Capability to document precise technical elements in a copy deck
MS Office 365, Jira experience and Confluence experience
Working knowledge of WCAG Accessibility standards
Basic understanding of SEO, Legal review process, Dev and QA process, and Agile scrum/Kanban process
Must Have:
Knowledge of AEM
Understanding of UX design principles to enhance content usability
Knowledge of graphic design tools like Figma
