As the senior technical resource on the team, the Digital Architect(s) will guide the team in the rapid, iterative delivery of user-centric services with solution designs that align to the overall architectural vision and are in support of technical standards, coding standards, common tools and platforms. The Digital Architect(s) will also guide the product owner and team in balancing the allocation of team capacity between user stories and technical tasks. The Digital Architect(s) may perform some development work if needed. Therefore, a Digital Architect must have a strong technical understanding of current and emerging technologies, balanced with strong business acumen and project leadership skills.

Must Haves –

Experience conveying technical information to non-technical people and advising decision-makers on technical options. 5+ YearsExperience in leading solution architecture and introducing the overall technical vision for a large-scale Enterprise project with integrations between systems. 5+ YearsExperience leading and mentoring team(s) in agile principles, policies, and procedures. 5+ YearsExperience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and the ability to leverage them to build scalable and resilient architectures. 2+ YearsExperience working as a software architect on complex software solutions in an agile team environment. 5+ YearsExperience working in software development across the full software development lifecycle. 5+ YearsExperience working with open-source ecosystems such as Node.js/NPM. 5+ Years

Experience implementing DevSecOps in an enterprise environment. 2+ YearsExperience incrementally transforming existing legacy systems into modern digital services across multiple releases. 5+ YearsExperience working as an application architect designing or maintaining solutions that use enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) hub architecture registries. 5+ YearsExperience working as a senior technical resource identifying and advocating technologies and approaches that lead to digital transformation in the public sector context. 5+ YearsExperience working with teams that also apply UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design approaches. 5+ YearsExperience leading domain modelling and database schema design for transactional and reporting systems. 5+ YearsExperience working as an architect using data analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights from data. 5+ YearsExperience working with other architects and/or as part of cross-functional teams to identify efficiencies through common services, reusable components and application programming interfaces (APIs), and contribute to the overall architecture practice designing and implementing application programming interfaces (APIs) and system integrations. 5+ Years
