Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a DevSecOps Specialist focusing on banking solutions and cloud security within Azure. This position offers a dynamic environment supporting high-visibility projects, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge AI integrations and improve DevOps practices through automation and resilient system design.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable DevOps pipelines within Azure cloud environments.
Manage CI/CD workflows using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform, Ansible, and Python to automate deployment processes.
Ensure deployment patterns such as Blue/Green and Active/Active are correctly implemented for high availability.
Optimize deployment pipelines to support AI-driven development and accelerate release processes.
Utilize observability tools like Dynatrace or Datadog to monitor system health and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Azure App Service, Managed Redis, Blob Storage, and related services.
Participate in troubleshooting, incident response, and system resilience improvements.
Adhere to security best practices in all aspects of development, deployment, and maintenance.
Desired Skill-Set

8+ years of experience in a Developer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps role.
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience in cloud environments.
Profound knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD tools.
Extensive experience with Azure cloud engineering, including App Service, Redis, Blob Storage, and related services.
Strong understanding of deployment patterns such as Blue/Green and Active/Active.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Bash.
Solid IaC expertise, especially Terraform and Ansible.
Experience automating workflows involving Angular, Java, and AI development within CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of security practices in cloud environments and DevSecOps principles.
Nice to Have

Prior experience in banking, fintech, or financial services sectors.
Hands-on experience with Azure App Service and related Azure development tools.
Background in scripting for automation and AI implementation.
Familiarity with banking specific environments and tools.
