Job Title: 3 DevOps Specialists

About the Role
Our client is seeking up to six (6) DevOps Specialists to support DDD on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
As a DevOps Specialist, you will work within cross-functional program review or product delivery teams—led by product owners and DDD—to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective services. These teams collaborate on field research, backlog definition and refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
You will play a key role in managing agile sprint processes, removing roadblocks, enabling collaboration, and mentoring team members in agile practices to ensure consistent delivery of product features.
Responsibilities
Support program review and product delivery teams throughout the agile sprint process.
Identify and resolve roadblocks impacting sprint commitments.
Mentor team members on agile principles, policies, and procedures.
Foster open communication and transparency across teams.
Disseminate service delivery information effectively.
Assist in conflict resolution and team alignment.
Must-Have Qualifications
Soft Skills
Minimum 3 years’ experience in research, analysis, and problem-solving.
Technical Experience
3+ years: Documenting issues, solutions, and procedures.
3+ years: Using access tools (SSH Clients, Remote Desktop).
3+ years: Applying basic security awareness (secrets management, etc.).
3+ years: Working with cloud platforms (AWS – EC2, S3, RDS; GCP – BigQuery, Cloud, etc.).
4+ years: Using command line interfaces for command execution and file system traversal.
1+ years: Networking tools (DNS lookups, trace routes, load balancing).
4+ years: Scripting (PowerShell).
