We’re Hiring: DevOps Engineer (Junior/Intermediate) | GitHub Actions | Java | OpenShift – Toronto (Hybrid)
We are looking for a hands-on Junior/Intermediate DevOps Engineer to join a leading banking client in Toronto. If you enjoy building CI/CD pipelines and working on real-world deployments, this role is for you!

Location: Toronto (Bay Street) – Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)
Type: Contract (6 months + extensions)
Rate: market rate @ 40 hours a week
Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Do:
Build and implement GitHub Actions workflows from scratch
Develop CI/CD pipelines for Java / Spring Boot applications
Deploy and manage applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes)
Collaborate with DevOps & development teams to streamline releases
Troubleshoot and optimize deployment pipelines

What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience (Junior to Intermediate level)
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (must-have)
Experience with Java / Spring Boot applications
Hands-on exposure to OpenShift / Kubernetes
Experience building CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
Knowledge of Docker, Linux/Unix
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) is a plus
