Are you ready to own and build the future of DevOps in a modern engineering environment?
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to lead the development of CI/CD pipelines, manage dev/staging environments, and support the transition to containerized infrastructure. You’ll be a key player in enabling engineering teams, streamlining deployment workflows, and modernizing legacy systems.
🌐 What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Automate deployments across hybrid environments (on-prem & Azure)
Support containerization using Docker (Kubernetes a plus!)
Collaborate across dev and infrastructure teams to enable smooth delivery
Maintain scripting for legacy systems while pushing forward modern cloud-native workflows
🛠️ Must-Haves:
3+ years of DevOps experience
Linux expertise (RHEL, Debian)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Proven CI/CD pipeline experience
Docker/containerization in production
✨ Bonus Points:
Kubernetes in production or certification
Experience in fintech or high-reliability environments
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep, etc.)
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto (3 days/week in office) with big impact and growth opportunities as the team scales.
