DevOps Engineer

Procom is currently looking for a DevOps Engineer for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 1 YEAR LATER
(GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION FOR UP TO 2 YEARS)
LOCATION: HYBRID (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: ENGLISH
CLEARANCE: SECRET (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Experience:

🍀 Must hold a university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field
🍀Must have five 5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation roles
🍀Must have five (5) years of experience in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
🍀Must have five (5) years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and solutions
🍀Must have experience working in Agile teams using JIRA and documenting in Confluence
🍀Must have experience deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Red Hat OpenShift
🍀Must have strong proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, with a focus on Terraform
Must have experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
🍀Must have knowledge with Git-based version control systems like GitHub
🍀Must have ability to work autonomously, self-prioritizing, switching between multiple tasks as required, to deliver high-priority items quickly
