We’re seeking a DevOps Architect & Agile Coach to lead the transformation of development teams toward modern DevOps practices. You’ll drive CI/CD adoption, automation, TDD/BDD, and agile thinking—helping teams build faster, smarter, and more securely.

What You’ll Do:-
♦️Coach teams on DevOps, Agile, CI/CD, and automation
♦️Customize and implement CI/CD pipelines
♦️Drive shift-left practices and reduce tech debt
♦️Create training materials and lead workshops
♦️Support enterprise-wide DevOps transformation

What You Bring:-
♦️5+ years in DevOps, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IaC (Terraform, etc.)
♦️Strong CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, TDD/BDD experience
♦️Proven coaching and team leadership skills
♦️Bilingual (French/English) is a plus
