Development Trainer

Procom is currently looking for a Learning & Development Trainer for our client in the private sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: HYBRID (TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA. THIS IS A HYBRID POSITION WITH 3 DAYS ONSITE AND 2 DAYS REMOTE WORK. STARTING SEPTEMBER 15, 2025, THE SCHEDULE WILL CHANGE TO 4 DAYS ONSITE AND 1 DAY REMOTE)

Experience:

🎉 Must hold a University degree and/or expertise in adult education and learning principles and workplace learning experience
🎉Must have 1-2 years of relevant Training (Learning & development) experience within Banking/securities industry experience is required
🎉Must have experience as a Specialist in learning design and development and maintenance of existing programs.
🎉Must have experience strong written communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality
🎉Nice to have experience in Fund Accounting would be a bonus (should understand what they are training people on — can explain it to person, don’t need in depth experience, but must understand the industry they are training within)
🎉Nice to have knowledge of Wealth 360 for Fund Accounting is a bonus, as system being used
🎉Must have experience in derivatives background would be a bonus (as the new system is derivatives related)
🎉Nice to have REDS system knowledge is current derivatives system be used would be a bonus
🎉Nice to have FunGuard is new system moving to, so experience with this is a bonus too
🎉Must have strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency with MS Office products
