Job Description
We have a 3-month contract opportunity for a bilingual (French / English) Desktop Support Analyst. This is fully onsite work.
The ideal candidate must be bilingual; 3+ years of relevant experience in level 2 support for a large network (more than 5000 PCs); Excellent sense of customer service; A very strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize work according to severity; Excellent knowledge of Office 365, PowerShell, MAC support / configuration process / incident investigations, etc.; Ability to analyze SCCM logs and provide solutions following installation issues; Strong leadership qualities; Asset: Experience supporting banking applications in a financial institution.
