📍 Location: Onsite in Ottawa, ON, with travel to Kanata.
💡 Key Requirements:
1. Fluent in French and English with strong written skills.
2. 1-2 years of deskside support experience.
3. Diploma/Certificate in IT or equivalent experience.
4. Familiarity with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
5. Clean criminal record and driving abstract.
💡 Nice to Have:
1. Meeting room support experience.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Teams Telephony.
