🔧 About the Role
We’re looking for a mission-driven Deployment and QA Engineer to join a fast-growing technology company focused on decarbonizing urban buildings. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of HVAC optimization, building automation, and energy efficiency — helping reduce CO₂ emissions in large residential and commercial properties.
In this role, you will lead the final commissioning, remote logic deployment, and data validation of advanced automation systems. You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality control from the BAS layer (Niagara JACE) up through the cloud-based dashboard that building operators use every day.
You’ll work directly with the Systems Integration Director and collaborate closely with software, product, and field service teams.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Transition buildings from installation phase to software calibration.
Develop, deploy, and commission building automation programming using Tridium Niagara N4.
Maintain and troubleshoot Niagara-based control logic, Pi dashboards, and other product features.
Validate data quality and ensure proper system functionality across multiple client sites.
Collaborate with product and integration teams to deploy new features and support system enhancements.
Document commissioning notes, logic changes, sequence of operations, and system baselines.
🛠 Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Tridium Niagara N4 framework.
Strong knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC/mechanical systems.
Experience reading BMS submittals and sequence of operations.
Proficient in data/trend analysis and Niagara-based graphics design.
Familiarity with WAN/LAN systems, cloud-based Niagara Supervisor infrastructure, and tagging protocols like Project Haystack.
Experience in logic commissioning, control development, and system troubleshooting.
