The Role
Tundra is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to oversee the effective execution of Co-Managed Services engagements while contributing to pre-sales solution design and scoping. This dual-function position connects operations and client solutions, ensuring that client proposals are both practicable and scalable, as well as aligned with established best practices in IT service delivery.
The successful candidate will possess significant experience in technology service management using Agile methodologies, demonstrate strong collaboration skills with clients’ internal IT teams, and exhibit proficiency in developing solutions for complex Co-Managed environments.
Service Delivery Management
Direct and supervise all Co-Managed Services initiatives, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
Manage delivery processes utilizing Agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
Serve as the principal contact for client stakeholders, promoting customer satisfaction through clear communication.
Lead delivery teams, allocate resources efficiently, and uphold accountability for KPIs, SLAs, and project results.
Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance process efficiency, service quality, and client value.
Collaborate with Tundra’s practice leads to maintain consistent delivery methods, documentation, and governance
Solutions Engineering & Pre-Sales Support
Work closely with Go-To-Market teams to evaluate client needs, gather requirements, and design customized Co-Managed solutions.
Develop statements of work (SOWs), cost models, and resource plans for proposed projects.
Participate in client workshops to assess current-state environments, desired future outcomes, and success criteria.
Communicate Tundra’s Co-Managed methodology effectively, supporting proof-of-concept designs and solution presentations.
Ensure all proposed solutions are viable, scalable, and compatible with Tundra’s delivery capabilities.
Governance & Measurement
Establish key delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting schedules to monitor performance and client results.
Facilitate seamless operational transitions between pre-sales, delivery, and managed services teams.
Contribute to the creation of delivery playbooks, reusable assets, and pricing frameworks.
Who You Are
You have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT services or managed services delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
You have proven experience delivering services in Co‑Managed IT environments, working directly with client IT teams.
You have at least 3 years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban preferred).
You have hands-on experience with pre-sales solutioning, effort estimation, and developing technical and commercial proposals.
You have strong knowledge across IT infrastructure, cloud, data, and digital services.
You are comfortable managing multiple clients and delivery teams in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
You are a strong communicator with proven client‑facing skills, including negotiation and executive-level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
You have an Agile certification (ScrumMaster, PMI‑ACP, or equivalent).
You have ITIL, PMP, or a related professional certification.
You have hands-on experience with ITSM tools and service delivery frameworks.
You have experience supporting pricing, margin management, and commercial considerations for service engagements.
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $150,000 – $175,000. This role incentivizes candidates who thrive in a performance-based environment with total on-target earnings (OTE) in the $200-250k+ range.
