Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master / Delivery Lead with strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), application development and testing, and agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a DevOps POD, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring successful delivery of cloud-native solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Scrum and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a cross-functional DevOps POD including DevOps Developers, QA, and Product Owners.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of EPICs and user stories through the intake process.
Collaborate with application development and testing teams to ensure quality and performance standards.
Track and manage progress using Jira and Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement.
Support cloud migration and application modernization initiatives across AWS and Azure platforms.
Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and security compliance.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and agile delivery practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Scrum tools.
Proficiency in cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
Understanding of application development, testing, and deployment processes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and automation.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models and cloud-native architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
Experience leading distributed teams in a POD structure.
Background in cloud migration and application modernization projects.
Familiarity with DevOps metrics such as deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR, and change failure rate.
Ability to drive continuous improvement and productivity within agile teams.
