Dedicated Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Technical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in agile methodologies, a strong understanding of how technical products are built, and the ability to drive clarity and progress in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You’ll play a critical role in aligning business goals with technical delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring our teams remain focused, efficient, and successful.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
Project Planning & Road mapping: Partner with technical teams to build and maintain project roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Task Breakdown: Translate large, complex initiatives into smaller, actionable tasks for clarity and focus.
Agile Facilitation: Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure best practices are followed.
Bottleneck Identification: Anticipate risks and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track.
Work Allocation: Balance workloads and ensure steady task flow across teams.
Metrics & KPIs: Define, track, and report on performance indicators to measure throughput and success.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine processes to maximize team efficiency.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Foster alignment and transparency across multiple technical and business teams.
Reporting: Deliver clear, actionable updates on progress and metrics (e.g., via JIRA dashboards and reports).
Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
Technical Understanding:
Strong grasp of how technical products are built, with the ability to engage engineers on technical challenges.
Hands-on experience guiding projects through all SDLC phases.
Agile Expertise: Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
Project Management: Success managing complex projects with limited initial definition.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Skilled at managing client relationships, resolving conflicts, and setting expectations.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on eliminating bottlenecks and risks.
Process-Oriented: Skilled in creating and refining processes to drive efficiency.
Metrics-Driven: Comfortable defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
Leadership: Empowers, motivates, and guides teams toward successful delivery.
Must have:
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
