Data Scientist

TTP is seeking a Data Scientist for an 11-month contract with the possibility of renewal. This hybrid position includes 2 days per week in downtown Toronto. The rate is flexible for the right candidate.

Key requirements for this role include:
– Previous experience as a Data Scientist in the financial services or consulting sector
– Expertise in Machine Learning, GenAI, LLM, and NLP applications
– Proven track record in executing large-scale NLP projects, including data cleaning and preprocessing, utilization of large language models, particularly in financial contexts
– Proficiency in developing mathematical and AI models to facilitate decision-making processes
– Familiarity with on-premises and cloud computing environments
– Experience in ML/AI Ops, encompassing model building and deployment
– Competence in data visualization tools like Power BI
– Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines
