Title: Senior Associate, Data Management

Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid — 4 days onsite

Duration: Contract to December 2025

Salary Range: $70-$80 per hour (depending on your experience)

Must Haves:

Experience; 5+ years supporting Investment/Financial firms
Investment Application Knowledge (one or more); Order Management Systems (OMS), Accounting Book of Record (ABOR), Investment Book of Record (IBOR)
Technical Skills; Python and SQL
Flexible:

Data Management experience; experience with supporting investment related data at an enterprise level or with an MDM platform such as MarkitEDM, Eagle, Goldensource, etc.

What you will do

• Oversee daily data management operations across enterprise security master, legal entity, market, and reference data domains

• Support downstream Order Management Systems (Charles River, SimCorp) with reliable, high-quality security master data

• Identify, optimize, and automate manual data workflows using Python and SQL to improve operational efficiency

• Contribute to data quality initiatives, process improvements, and enterprise data platform enhancements
