Must Have:
✅ SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
✅ SQL / SQL Server
✅ Python

Good to Have:
🔹 Financial / Investment Banking experience
🔹 Experience with Azure or AWS
🔹 Knowledge of data lakes & ETL best practices
