Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build your career within the financial services industry? We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to join a collaborative banking operations team supporting investment account processing and client service excellence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, reviewing documentation, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to smooth operational processes within a leading Canadian financial institution.

📍 Location: Mississauga, ON
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days onsite + 1 day remote (flexible WFH day)
📅 Contract: 12 months with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion
⏰ Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
💻 Equipment: Laptop provided

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Process and open investment accounts, including TFSA, FHSA, RRSP, and other account types.
✅ Review account applications and verify documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
✅ Perform due diligence checks and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
✅ Identify missing information and coordinate follow-ups to resolve account opening issues.
✅ Complete account maintenance activities, including updates, transfers, and closures.
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets retention standards.
✅ Support process improvement initiatives and collaborate with a supportive team environment.

🔑 What We’re Looking For:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent.
✔ Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and quality.
✔ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and banking systems.
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.

⭐ Nice to Have:
• 1+ year of experience in banking, finance, customer service, administration, or operations.
• Previous exposure to banking operations or financial services environments.
