💼 Job Description:
Join our Data Strategy, Management, and Enablement team to lead the development of robust data solutions! As a Data Engineer, you’ll design scalable pipelines, oversee data infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:
🛠️ Data Pipeline Development: Create efficient, scalable pipelines to ingest and process data, ensuring accuracy and availability.
👥 Lead Data Engineering Team: Mentor and guide the team, fostering continuous learning and productivity.
🏗️ Data Infrastructure & Architecture: Design and maintain scalable, robust infrastructure aligned with business and data strategy goals.
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver comprehensive solutions.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
Experience with Guidewire, DRIVE, SAM, and GIS data model.
Fundamental knowledge of Property and Casualty industry products and services.

🌟 Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Data Platform – Aurora.
Expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL Server Management Studio, and Vaultspeed.
Advanced skills in data integration tools and data vault architecture, with a focus on performance and scalability.
