This is a hybrid position and is 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst and Program Manager to support the Vice President in the oversight, reporting and transformation of a large-scale rehabilitation program dedicated to providing essential rehab services to Veterans across Canada. Reporting to the VP, Veterans Services, the Program Manager will work closely with the Joint-Venture Contract Manger to ensure that Lifemark’s performance is monitored, managed and reported Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly. The Program Manager will play a critical role in advocating for any changes required to ensure Lifemark services are delivered seamlessly and at a reasonable cost.

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective execution of the Program, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the overall impact on Veterans’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities include:

Program & Data Analysis

 

Monitor program performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Gather data from various sources and use program insights to analyze and review and review the information to be presented in a meaningful way
Financial Analysis to support program decision making

 

PCVRS Team Support

 

Assist team in tracking the actions required for project management
Prepare power point presentations for VAC, ELT & other stakeholder meetings
Gather information, such as research and data, to illustrate issues of concern or opportunity
Provide data insights on the program for communications
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including WCG and VAC.
Collaborate with key Lifemark stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of services and resources.

 

Systems Insights:

 

Gain understanding of all PCVRS related software – eg. Power BI, LPS, ACMS and RMS
Work closely with the IT and BI teams to provide requirements and resolve issues related to the technology that supports the program
Implement mechanisms for continuous program evaluation and improvement.
Report on pre-established quality measures on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Social Work, Business Administration).
Proven experience in Program Management, preferably in the context of rehabilitation services.
SQL coding experience
Demonstrated ability to write, execute, and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
