📍 Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid 🌍

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with hands-on experience working with large data sets
– Basic level experience with Power BI for creating reports
– Intermediate level experience with SQL scripting for data feed validation
– Intermediate level experience with Excel (V Lookups, Cross Lookups)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Previous experience with HR systems, especially SuccessFactors People Analytics application
– Python experience
– Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
– Experience from a large, highly matrixed and complex Organizational structure
