Our top5 banking client is looking for a Data Analyst with strong Power BI experience!

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years’ overall relevant experience in data analysis
2) 5+ years’ experience advanced Power BI development expertise – with proven hands-on experience building complex Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards, with a strong focus on performance and scalability (DAX, M language, data modeling, Premium capacities)
3) 5+ years’ experience with SQL and data querying proficiency – with a strong ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries against relational databases and data warehouses to support Power BI reporting needs (advanced querying, performance tuning, stored procedures).
4) 5+ years’ hands on experience using Microsoft Fabric (Data Engineering, Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, KQL) and DataBricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, notebooks, workfow orchestration).
5) 5+ years’ data modeling and DAX skills – with a deep understanding of analytical data modeling concepts and advanced DAX, including complex measures, time intelligence, and performance optimization techniques.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Security and access control knowledge – Practical experience implementing row-level security (RLS) and working within enterprise data security and governance standards.
2) Experience from FI complex projects, ideally related to business banking credit risk (not retail credit risk)
3) Experience with PowerShell scripting
