Role – Data Analyst
Location – Mississauga, ON, CA

Full Description :-

5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or related roles with a
focus on requirements gathering and validation in data projects.
· Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to elicit, document, and
validate business and technical requirements.
· Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or
Typescript; advanced Excel skills required.
· Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks,
SQL Server, Oracle ADW/ATP, or similar platforms is a plus.
· Solid understanding of database structures, data collection methodologies, and
data quality assurance practices.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
· EAective communication skills to translate complex data concepts into clear,
actionable requirements and reports.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced
environment.
· Empathetic approach to understanding user needs and ensuring solutions are user
centric and impactful.
