Position : Data Analyst (ITSM & Incident Management)
Location: Remote (EST hours)
Client: Enterprise Banking
Length: 6 months + ext
Rate: 55-65/hr incorporated
Start date: ASAP (2wks for onboarding)

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join one of Canada’s top banks for a 6-month contract (plus possible extension). In this role, you will support multiple managers within Enterprise Change Management and ITSM Support in the banks Technology & Operations group. You will spearhead data analysis for these teams’ KPI data (related to ITSM, change management, and incident management reporting) to identify trends and conduct root-cause analysis when needed. To be successful in this role, you must be highly proficient in navigating ServiceNow data and communicating your findings proactively and directly.
Must haves:
– 5+ years of Data Analysis experience
– Deep understanding of processes and data related to ITSM & Change Management
– Highly proficient with ServiceNow data
– Highly skilled with root-cause analysis and identifying data trends
– Excellent communication skills (e.g., proactive, direct), both written and verbal
