Cyber Security Specialist

TTP is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist for an immediate opportunity in Downtown Toronto. The role offers a rate of $140/hr for 2 days in the office, with a contract duration of 7 months and potential for renewal.

Key Requirements:
– 10+ years of Software Engineering experience, with a focus on DevOps.
– 5+ years in Cyber Security or Information Security.
– Expertise in security software practices, software development, and engineering.
– Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript.
– Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
– Knowledge of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10, SANS CWE) and common vulnerabilities.
– Experience with static and dynamic code analysis tools.
– Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP).
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
– Preferably experienced in the Financial Services industry.
