Hiring: (NEW GRAD) Customer Support Associate

Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

I’m looking to fill a junior customer service role with a company offering great growth opportunities in the Mississauga area.

Requirements:
New grads with 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
Professional, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
College or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and phone.
Process orders, resolve queries, and support the sales team.
Maintain customer information and meet daily KPIs.
Work collaboratively across departments.
