Hiring: Customer Service Supervisor – 12-Month Contract (Mississauga | On-Site)🚨
I’m currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join a company in the food manufacturing industry in Mississauga. This is a 12-month contract, fully on-site, and a great role for someone with experience in EDI management and customer service leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
✅Manage escalations and improve customer service processes
✅Handle daily EDI issues and support new implementations
✅Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
✅Monitor KPIs and leverage tools like Power BI to track performance
✅Lead and motivate the customer service team to maintain high standards of service

Requirements:
✅3–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or food production
✅At least 2 years of EDI experience
✅Strong communication skills and a proactive, confident approach
