Customer Service Professional – Bilingual (French)

Job Description

1) Proficiency in both French and English (verbal & written)
2) 3-4 years of previous experience in a customer service/ administrative role
3) Previous experience in an in-office/hybrid working arrangement
4) Previous exposure to being measured against KPIs
Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Knowledge of Canadian retirement products is preferred but not required
– Some understanding of financial services concepts
