Prime Hires is currently recruiting for 30 Customer Remediation Officers to join one of the to five banks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in a 12-month contract position (with potential to extend).
🗺️ Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
💼 Pay Rate: $24.91 per hour
🕒 Business Hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Engage with customers using the Customer Experience Model (CEM) to ensure a professional, empathetic, and smooth interaction
-Ensure quality and consistency in all communications, including adherence to branding and guidelines
-Prioritize and triage Requests for Information (RFIs), meeting/exceeding SLAs and regulatory requirements
-Liaise with branches and business partners for customer documentation and escalations
Qualifications & Skills:
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Banking experience with SLAs and customer service (call center experience a plus!)
-High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
