Content Designer

Hiring: Content Designer 🚨
📍 Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2 days onsite; 4 days/week in November)
🕒 6-month contract
Join a large enterprise design team and craft clear, engaging, user-focused content across mobile, web, and other digital channels. You’ll collaborate with designers, researchers, accessibility specialists, and developers to create seamless customer experiences and contribute to content strategy, tone, and governance.
🔑 Must-Haves:
✔️ 3–5 years in content design / UX writing (2+ years in digital products)
✔️ Expert writing, editing & proofreading (web, kiosk, voice/audio UI)
✔️ Strong grasp of user-centered design & usability principles
✔️ Tools: Figma/FigJam, Confluence, Jira
✔️ Strong portfolio of UX writing & content design work
✨ Nice-to-Haves:
✔️ Content strategy experience
✔️ Banking / financial services background
✔️ Broader UX design skills
