Contact Centre Representatives

🔹 Role: Inbound Contact Centre Representative
🔹 Pay Rate: $24/hour
🔹 Location: Markham, Hybrid (On-site every other Wednesday)
🔹 Start Date: February 10th
🔹 Duration: 3 months (with extension & conversion possibilities)
🔹 Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (8 am – 8 pm)

🌟 What You’ll Do:
Take calls and support colleagues and managers.
Assist with HR-related inquiries and case management.
Navigate systems and provide solutions efficiently.
Handle chats/emails, and escalate issues when necessary.

💡 Key Skills:
Strong communication and phone etiquette.
Customer service experience & tech-savviness.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service.

✨ Ideal Candidate:
Previous contact centre experience.
Some HR experience would be an asset.
