Are you passionate about compensation, job evaluation, market benchmarking, and creating fair, competitive pay programs? We are looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our People & Culture team at GoodLife Fitness!
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert supporting compensation programs across the organization, including job evaluation, salary structure management, market pricing, compensation analysis, and annual compensation planning. You will work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.
What we’re looking for:
✔ 5+ years of compensation analysis and job evaluation experience
✔ Experience using a point-factor job evaluation methodology
✔ Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
✔ Experience with compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and salary structures
✔ Knowledge of Pay Equity and employment legislation
✔ Experience working with HRIS systems and large employee data sets
