Communications Specialists

TTP is looking for 2 Communications Specialists – details below:

Location: 3 days hybrid – Downtown Toronto
Contract: 10 months with renewal
Rate: $65/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communications strategies and plans
Create high-quality content: newsletters, web articles, memos, presentations, and FAQs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CX/UX, Change Management, and regional digital teams
Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with the Pb4P vision

Skills:
5 years of experience in communications planning and delivery within large or complex organizations
Strong stakeholder engagement, writing, and editing skills
Confidence and emotional intelligence to work effectively with diverse teams and senior leaders
Key Responsibilities include:
