Job Description

This is a 6-12 months contract located in Toronto, Ontario/Hybrid.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedCommunications Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic communication initiatives that drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across our organization. The ideal candidate is both a master storyteller and a strategic thinker—able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executive audiences while ensuring flawless execution across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Storytelling: Craft clear, impactful narratives that align with business goals and resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Project Planning & Execution: Envision, plan, and build complex communication and engagement projects from concept through delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality results.
Roadmap Development: Create detailed project roadmaps outlining timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.
Executive Communications: Develop polished communications, briefings, and executive-level presentations that influence decision-making and showcase business impact.
Presentation Design: Build visually engaging and data-driven PowerPoint decks that simplify complex information into actionable insights.
Metrics & Reporting: Define and track project metrics, providing accurate, meaningful insights into communication effectiveness and project progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical, design, and leadership teams to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across initiatives.
Technical Fluency: Communicate effectively using technical language and concepts; translate software development processes and lifecycle updates into accessible content for diverse audiences.
Communication Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that support organizational priorities and change initiatives.
Verbal & Written Excellence: Exhibit exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive messages, facilitate discussions, and present confidently to executive stakeholders.
