🚨 We’re Hiring: Cobol Development and Support
📍 Location: Montreal, QC (100% Onsite)
🗣 Language: Bilingual (French & English) required

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
🔶 Provide 24/7 Level 1 support for enterprise applications.
🔶Collaborate in Agile and DevOps environments and tools.
🔶Meet with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
🔶Write and refine user stories with both functional and technical details.
🔶Align with architectural standards and participate in solution design.
🔶Maintain and update operational documentation.
🔶Proactively monitor applications, suggest improvements, and offer technical solutions.
🔶Act as a trusted advisor on processes and best practices.
🔶Develop and execute functional and integration tests.
🔶Support production releases and validate deployment results.
🔶Assist with test environments and participate in patching when necessary.
🔶Manage and coordinate departmental activities, including Sox controls, resource evaluations, and support coverage.

🛠 Technical Skills:
🔷 Strong experience with IBM Mainframe environment.
🔷Proficient in COBOL, Easytrieve, JCL.
🔷Experience with CICS, VSAM, MQ.
🔷Familiar with tools like Atlassian Suite, ITSM, XMatters, MS Office.
🔷Experience managing incidents across multiple platforms.
