We are looking for a Cloud Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in AWS, production support, and DevOps practices to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Provide 24/7 production support for cloud-hosted applications and services.
🔹 Monitor and troubleshoot AWS services (S3, Redshift, RDS, EC2, Glue, CloudFormation).
🔹 Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CDK (Python / TypeScript).
🔹 Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
🔹 Work with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
🔹 Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
🔹 Ensure compliance & security best practices across all cloud resources.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong AWS hands-on experience
✅ AWS CDK with Python/TypeScript
✅ DevOps & production support background
✅ Experience in monitoring/observability tools
✅ Solid knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes
